Ms. Minghui Zhou is a US-licensed Social Worker with many years of clinical experiences. She specializes in providing individual and group therapy for a variety of mental health issues experienced by children, adolescents and adults including anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, emotional regulation concerns, social skill difficulties, low self-esteem, traumatic events, addiction problems, adjustment difficulties, etc. Minghui is skilled in providing group psychotherapy and psychoeducation and developing training programs, such as Motivational Interviewing Training.Minghui uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to treat mental illnesses.
